How Specialty Focused Radiology grew Google Search clicks 16.4x

Specialty Focused Radiology provides subspecialty teleradiology for hospitals, imaging centers and physician groups. Google Web search clicks rose from 199 to 3,268 between two equal 30-day periods in 2026, a 16.4-fold increase. Most of those visits came through educational articles. We still need a qualified-enquiry record to know how much of that wider reach reached buyers.

The client

Specialty Focused Radiology, or SFR, offers radiology interpretation, pediatric and after-hours teleradiology, and related specialist services. Its website needs to speak to two different audiences: organizations evaluating a radiology partner and people seeking reliable information about imaging and reports. Those journeys should be measured separately.

The search opportunity

The supplied Search Console export covers January 1 through October 19, 2026. In the first 30 days, January 1 to January 30, the site recorded 199 clicks and 41,620 impressions in Google Web search. The opportunity was to extend relevant search discovery while keeping an eye on whether visitors reached SFR's specialist service pages.

The files show the search outcome and the pages earning attention. They do not include a delivery log describing individual content, technical or outreach tasks, so the results below are observed performance rather than an attribution to specific tactics.

In the latest complete 30-day window in the export, September 20 to October 19, Google Web search delivered 3,268 clicks and 504,985 impressions. Compared with the first 30 days, clicks increased 16.4-fold and impressions increased 12.1-fold. Across the full January 1 to October 19 export, the site recorded 14,716 clicks and 2,451,730 impressions.

GA4 reports a similar directional rise in organic search sessions: 289 in January and 4,643 in September 2026. These are whole calendar months and a different measurement system, so they should not be treated as an exact match for the Search Console 30-day comparison.

Where the attention landed

The site's article comparing normal and abnormal chest X-rays received 8,767 clicks over the full Search Console period, about 60% of all recorded search clicks. Other educational pages on pediatric chest radiology, pneumothorax and CT versus MRI also received substantial traffic. Specialist and commercial pages appeared in the export too, including radiology subspecialties, teleradiology services and after-hours radiology, but at much lower click volumes.

That mix matters. Broad educational searches can expand reach and familiarity, but they are not the same as demand from a hospital or imaging center looking for a service provider. The next useful measure is whether the right visitors progress from those articles to SFR's service pages and then to a qualified conversation.

What the data cannot prove

The supplied GA4 traffic-channel export shows zero tracked conversions for January 1 through October 21, 2026. That may reflect incomplete event tracking or no recorded conversions; the export cannot resolve which. It also does not include a CRM record of enquiries, contracts or revenue. We therefore make no claim about lead volume, client acquisition or return on investment.

Sources and measurement

Search clicks, impressions and landing-page figures come from the client-provided Google Search Console Web export supplied October 21, 2026. January 1 to January 30 and September 20 to October 19 each contain 30 days. Organic sessions and conversion reporting come from the supplied GA4 traffic-channel export. The service description was checked against SFR's public website. A task-level delivery log and qualified-opportunity record were not supplied.
